"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"The two bedroom unit upstairs is very cute, perfect for a stay with family or friends. Living area was exceptionally large with several comfy couches. 1 bedroom had a large bed and the other a large and a smaller one, all very comfortable. Kitchen was also sizeable with basic set of pots, utensils and appliances. All other units are typical motel rooms. Has a small pool and bbq shed. 10min walking to the town centre and the beach. Loved the friendly staff."
