"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."

"My Stay here was very pleasant, Gym, pool, sauna and steam room were all available to use over the bank holiday weekend which was a great surprise to me. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming to us and very pleasant.

Dog and the staff were very pleasant to him, however i was told it is quite a walk to any nearby fields, and i was aloud to walk the
dog on the lead around the perimeter of the hotel onto the grass area at the back, however i also found a little lane to walk...

Business trip would definitely stay again.
"This was a business trip, I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the air conditioning. During my stay they were having extensive building works carried out but I have to say it was seamless for me. I heard no noise whatsoever as it was all done whilst I was at work. The only issue was there were less car parking spaces but the work men were very accommodating as well. I literally went out one day and came back and the old restaurant had been blocked off and a new one opened. The staff were even really kind in helping me enquire about some pictures I had been admiring on the wall in the morning! All the staff were really helpful and kind and at one point a huge bus party of European tourists arrived, one member of staff was trying to sort out access and she did it so patiently making sure everyone's needs were met. I'm sure that the disruptions were difficult for the staff but it did not affect me at all. There is a lovely outside space where you can sit by the river and have a drink or a bite to eat, the Korean Chicken bites were to die for I had them three nights running. I would definitely stay here again. I am looking forward to seeing it all finished."
