"Due to being let down by another hotel we ended up booking a room at the last minute arriving about 30 mins after making the reservation. We arrived about 11.30pm hot and flustered. We were greeted by a cool reception that smelt like a Spa and a friendly gentleman on reception. The room was clean, comfortable with a stylish bathroom. The next morning we decided to extend our stay for a further 3 nights and upgraded to a deluxe room with breakfast. The new room was much larger and again the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast is the best ive had at a hotel, and the pool on the roof terrace was a very welcome addition at the end of a days sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future. "

"I've not stayed in Radisson properties often, but that may change. The property itself is gorgeous and very well maintained. The staff is helpful and communicative, offering up suggestions for local fare and entertainment, airport rides, etc. The value is also great, larger rooms, great amenities. If I'm ever back in Madrid, will definitely check here first."
