"I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the people were very nice, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and the view was even better. We also had dinner at the hotel since we couldn't find anywhere else to eat because there were no reservations available, which was fine with us because the food in the restaurant was great! my mom had the salad and the kraut salat tasted just how my oma made it so definitely has my seal of approval. "The room was lovely, bright, clean and with an outstanding view. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant and included breakfast was also wonderful and very convenient. The only downside to thus hotel is it’s lacking some amenities, (hot tub, in room coffee), however we would absolutely stay again. The location just off the tram stop made it also easier to get to than other remote hotels in the higher Lauterbrunnen valley. We will be back! "
