"Samuel and the other front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and good. The attendant was pleasant and attentive. Everyone was friendly and polite."

"The Hotel felt very old world but with modern conveniences. The room decor and breakfast room were both lovely. Every staff member was very pleasant. A big plus was the proximity to the Metro. Just around the corner in both directions. Easy to get to Ouchy or to the old city/ train station in just 2/3 stops. Would definitely recommend!"
