"1. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We left our number, and asked the front desk to call us when we could check in. Nobody ever did. 2. "This property was actually really nice however I’m pretty upset with the staff. So I booked the day of alittle late but I booked my stay I arrived around 10pm the staff was apperantly upset that I got there at 10pm being rude and unsavory.
