Excalibur Hotel & Casino
Took 5 different staff to tells where parking and room was located. They kept sending us back and forth with a different answer each time. Hotel lobby staff refused to help register at kiosk. Had my ticket for parking that showed I paid but the meter still said I owed $20.

Horseshoe Las Vegas
We went to Guy Fieri restaurant and it was not great. It was expensive. I found the hotel to be a little dated and didnt feel clean. We did like how it was attached to Paris and were able to go outside to see the Bellagio water show.
