The staff was amazing! I just think everything was out dated in the room. The iron did not work! The couch to sit on was not comfortable it was old. I understand they’re going under construction, so hopefully they will be updating all the rooms..

Had a great stay. Very friendly service. Great price Probably going to stay there again next business trip. This is not the place if you're trying to impress your lady by bringing her to Las Vegas, but its great for avoiding the strip.

Ideal location for me as my daughter was in hospital across the road. The team at MainStay were really helpful during a time of need and I can't Thank them enough for support. Some of these big resorts could take a leaf out of MainStays book regarding Customer Service.

For a last minute stay I have to say the room was great. It had a full size fridge and a small stove top with a sink. Very comfortable. The tv was small and super low. They also offer dishes if needed. Would recommend 👌

The Extended Stay America on Maryland Parkway is a no-frills hotel that is conveniently located near Sunrise Hospital. Even though the hotel is in not one of the safest places in Las Vegas, I felt comfortable and safe at this property.
