The property was far from Deluxe. We arrived late on the evening of December 29 and there were apparent bloodstain marks on one of the ceilings. I requested a different room and they were unable to accommodate. I requested at a minimum that the ceiling be cleaned and was told first thing the next day . When I returned at 3pm, the stain was still there. The apartment was dated, not clean behind couches, dark and bathroom was tiny. Overall, very vet far from Deluxe and not reflective of the pictures.

This was our first time finding this hidden little gem, and we would definitely be back. There was plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Having the kitchen saved so much money and time vs eating out. It's not as fancy as a regular hotel, but it is right in the middle of the strip and our room had a fantastic view of the sphere, Eiffel Tower, Bellagio fountain, etc and was amazing on New Year's Eve. The best was the front desk lady Edwana who was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome and taken care of.
