"Check in process not great…it’s a machine not a live person. I ended up helping another guest because only one agent was available and she was helping someone else…get real people back! Room & place was very clean. Bar staff was much better next door at the Mandalay Bay. The older gentlemen at the Luxor were more interested in talking to one another than serving waiting patrons. For the price it was definitely a good choice. This was my 3 time staying here for a convention next for at the Mandalay Bay."

"The rooms were beautiful"

"The view from our room was spectacular, but the servicing of our room was not very good. When we arrived the body wash in the bathroom was empty. Then the tissues ran out quickly and were never replenished until we had to call housekeeping. The beds were not made very well after the servicing of our room. The ice bucket was not emptied and the insert for the ice bucket was not replaced. The air conditioning didn't work properly, on the first night it was very cold and didn't seem to change when we increased the temperature on the thermostat. We turned off he A/C for a while and when we turned it back on, it didn't cool the room very well and we had to call maintenance."

"The bathroom was with a lot of hair in the bath and shower (disgusting) and the amenities in the bathroom were empty. This was a gross experience, unfortunately. I’ve been there before, and the experience was different."
