"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

"I was at New World twice in less than a week, The 2nd time was when my flight got canceled and rather than try another hotel I decided to go back, This time I booked a different room, an upgrade if you will and felt the difference. Wasn't cramped, felt open, if only a few feet I could tell the difference, everything else was what one expected from New World, thw food was great, a bit pricey but nonetheless great. The server in the lounge was surprised to see me again, she remembered me and thst really made me feel appreciated, Greenbelt 3 right across the street is a plus. Overall great stay regardless of my canceled flight :)"

"Been here with my wife and kid. I liked Conrad overall that I invited my family over and booked another room for them. Been using Conrad that some staff there knew me already. The one in the lobby in 3rd floor, John and Rj from front desk. The food is great, Josh and Eunice made sure we got the complimentary snacks (the bibingka is just so good) and whenever we eat breakfast ~very attentive. I was disappointed with the Balut being undercooked but they really made it up to me and my family. Things happen but with them , just let them know and they will fix it right away!! Just hope the managers will treat the staff nicely. We heard one manager questioned the staff while we can hear and see them. I mean everything is good. Nobody cares or bothered but the manager question the staff at the lobby. If she was doing her job, she could have ask them privately or pull the staff aside. Anyway. Just like my wife said “ Familiar but Professional Service”. They even prepare a surprise cake for us because it’s our 10th monthsary."

Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila

"Our stay at the Lanson was in July 2026 for three nights for business and leisure. The room we were in had a parcel view of Manila Bay which was nice. At the end of a long day we looked forward to returning to a very clean room such as the one we had. The staff was friendly they spoke to us every time they seen us with a smile, this is something you don’t see a lot of anymore ! The buffet breakfast was excellent they had something for everyone and I do mean everyone you want leave disappointed. The hotel is a five minute walk to the Mall of Asia the largest mall in Asia, there are a lot of shops and dining options this place is big where comfortable shoes. Across the street from the hotel is a boardwalk by the bay with restaurants and shops. I did not get the chance to try the pool that will be next time. The Lanson is a high end hotel that’s not in a congested area and the best part is fifteen minutes from the airport."
