"Everything needs maintenance: The hotel room the door locks were falling off the hinges. THE MANAGEMENT was absolutely awful, the kid at the front desk was the most unfriendly person I encountered in all of Costa Rica. The rest of the staff at the restaurant and bar were so kind, but the management and rooms were awful. So sad this could of been a great stay but I will not be returning."

"The property is close to town, convenient. about 15 min drive to Manuel Antonio. The staff are very helpful and kind. But the facility itself is too old. The room has no sound insulation. you can hear next door even if they whisper. I had to knock on the neighbor's door and asked them to be quiet at night. The bathroom shower needs to be updated with better ventilation. overall it's okay. "
