"The house was quaint and okay for the 4 of us but there was a smell downstairs which was unfortunate. The place is generally great and the pool top. Shame the restaurant was closed (would have like a clear notice of this before as there is only 1 other restaurant really close by). "This was a perfect little spot. A house with 5 rooms for guests, an enormous living room upstairs to lounge in and a perfect dining area on the ground floor. The hosts are kind and helpful. They ask that you give them plenty of notice for dinner which they make using ingredients from their farm. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. A great place for a short or long stay. The village is quiet and you will be quite alone at the footsteps to the Pyrenees ."

"Bed linen and towels were very old and need replacing. Had to make the beds ourselves and were instructed to un make and fold all linen and towels when leaving. Pillows were old saggy cushions. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for 4 days stay in an apartment that takes 5 people. Told to buy our own toilet paper. Not very convenient as approx 1k out of town. All in all not comfortable and poor value for money. "

"This place need so much attention on cleanliness, my son and I have to pull out our sleeping bags, so we can sleep better. The room was not dusted in days(weeks)? They had a cat and went right inside the room, thank God we are not allergic to them. They own the place and sleep in the place, with their bedroom right on top of ours, I couldn’t sleep at all, because I can hear them moving around. "

superb stop off on way to Santander.
"The hotel was excelleb=nt as usual especially breakfast. One downside was that the restaurant was closed despite the menu being on a board outside the restaurant. The only brasserie was closed. Luckily we met three wonderful Irish ladies who directed and sheparded us to a "hole in the wall" pizza maschine. The pizza was excellent and we shall certainly be booking this hotel again but checking restaurant is open at reception"
