In general, the experience was really good. The property needs some level of refurbishing, but it's good. The breakfast could improve as well. The best thing are the surroundings and being 10mins by car from Saint-Jean-Pied-Du-Port. The rooms are quiet and they have enough space, but it would be nice to have more attention to details such us: there was no fridge or shower gel (no shampoo). The pillows are as well something to improve, they are more like cushions.

The location is perfect with amazing views of the ocean and centrally located. We could not access the property because it is locked off with a buzzer and intercom which didn,t work. With no alternative. Lucky another resident let us in.Signage directing us to access is inadequate. Premises are showing their age but price charged reflects so good value. Rooms roomy enough and have what is needed. Staff nice and helpful.

Muy mala la información porque llegamos tarde estava lloviendo y estaba cerrado nos quedamos como 1 hora en la calle buscando otro hotel, si no fuera por un huésped que llamo al dueño nadie nos abrió, ni nos habían dicho que deberíamos llegar temprano o llamar para coordinar, deberían haber enviado un email

Très très mécontent de cet hôtel sans aucun service ni réception ni accueil. Arrivée le jour de fermeture de l’hôtel, personne pour nous accueillir, ni message pour nous prévenir, il a fallu téléphoner pour avoir une explication ou trouver la clé pour rentrer dans l’hôtel dans le noir !! Petit déjeuner plus que médiocre machine à boissons chaude et deux mini viennoiseries pour un couple, et une baguette. Ménage très léger dans la chambre chaque jour, la serviette de bain est restée sur le lavabo sans la changer pendant 4 jours.

Nous y avons séjourné qu'une nuit mais hôtel très propre, calme. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et serviables. Possibilité de manger sur place un repas copieux et très bon.

Climatisation payée et non attribuée !

Nous avions réservé une "Chambre Double Confort" qui était indiquée et confirmée avec climatisation. Hors à notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise de constater que la chambre qui nous était attribuée n'avait pas de climatisation, qu'il n'était pas possible d'en changer et l'hôtesse nous a répondu qu'elle réservait ses chambres avec climatisation prioritairement aux voyageur ayant réservé en direct, donc hors hotel.com. Je considère cette attitude comme inadmissible.
