"One of the best resorts ever!!!"

"Here are my comments regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Positive feedback: • The breakfast was excellent, with generous portions. • The shuttle service was very convenient, and the driver was courteous and helpful. • The staff were consistently welcoming and attentive. Areas for improvement: • The room was smaller than expected. • I waited approximately 30 minutes because the room was not ready at check-in. • The check-in time feels late and the check-out time early. Aligning check-in and check-out windows would allow guests to better enjoy their stay. Thank you for your attention to these points."

"Pleasant and well maintained grounds, with fine sand beach area. Clean pools. Plenty of breakfast selections including fresh salad and fruit. Clean rooms with clean aircon units, clean towels and bedding. Lots of movie channels, and the electric outlets and light switches at the bed. The restaurant was priced higher than local but mostly less than USA/Europe. $5 pizza here would have been $10 in usa. $10 tuna steak here would be $20 in USA. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."

"On check in Cedric gave us an upgrade which was lovely of him so a massive thank you, at breakfast a young lady I believe called freebi was so helpful the full stay, when my wife was unwell she made up a box of pastries for the room and the next day she saw me sat at the bakery and made a point of asking how my wife was, she really is a star ⭐ "
