"This was my first stay at Shangri-La, and the exceptional customer service made it truly memorable. The staff consistently went above and beyondโ€”from helping us settle into our room and promptly delivering ice and glasses, to accommodating a late checkout. They also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Shang Palace when the restaurant was fully booked, allowing us to experience its exceptional Cantonese cuisine. Every request was handled quickly, warmly, and professionally. After this experience, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special."

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. Theyโ€™re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."
