"The place is way outdated and run down. Website says breakfast is at 7 am, during check in the guy says it's at 8 am. I'm here for work not a holiday! 8:15 all the food is gone. You know how may people are checked in so you think you'd be prepared. One of my worst hotel stays ever. It was cheap though so i got what I paid fpr I suppose."

"Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping was average as only towels and toiletries were replaced. No coffee, cups etc and no cleaning on any of the 3 days we were there. Also, a shame they didn't provide hot drinks in the reception area as they had seats there and it was a nice area to be"

"The room was very clean and pretty spacious. The staff was very kind. The included breakfast was minimal but you can't expect having a big breakfast for the price of the room. In general, for rooms even pricier, breakfast is not included. One thing that we didn't really like was the softness of the bed. We have back problems and the bed was too soft for our taste. This is of course a personal taste. Other than that, we highly recommend this motel if you want a clean room to sleep. The desk person was very kind and it was very close to the Gananoque port and other facilities like restaurants and pharmacies for example. Thank you. "
