"The hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help. Our room was comfortable and clean. We loved being able to walk straight out to the beach. The beach walk was very convenient to get to Whaler's Village. We will definitely stay here again!"
"Be careful with upgrades and extra charges at check-in, especially if you are helped by Stacy. She was very nice and friendly, but some important pricing details were not explained clearly. She upgraded us to a suite for an additional charge, which was fine, but she also added valet parking and never clearly explained that it was $45 per day. The way everything was presented made it sound like a much smaller extra cost, so the final bill was a surprise.
I would highly recommend asking detailed questions about every extra charge, upgrade, and parking fee before agreeing to anything.
Aside from that experience, the resort itself is beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location. The views are incredible and we still enjoyed our stay overall."
"Excellent place to stay when in Lahiana! My only disappointment is I got a side room with a partial view of the ocean. Still a wonderful view. Highly recommend!"
"Our first room smelt bad, but was quickly changed by the front desk. The rooms and resort is starting to look tired and dated compared to most other hotels in the area. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the room was a great addition, and our second room was very clean. A great bar and some restaurants in walking distance and nice views around the room, pool is quite small but a good size if fairly quiet"
