"Great location in the heart of La Cité. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, good water pressure. Unfortunately we had a very noisy neighbor and the rooms didn't seem to be very soundproof despite the thick walls. We only stayed for one night, hence we can say much more. Water p"

"A friend and I travelled to Montpellier, from Vancouver, Canada, and our initial accommodations were not as expected. In a scramble we had to find a suitable hotel and we found the Belaroia. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ladissi at the check in desk. She was kind and welcoming. Throughout our 4 day stay she was always incredibly thoughtful - offering us an umbrella on a rainy day, writing out a detailed list of the most noteworthy restaurants nearby by as well as calling a beach club in Sete to book our reservation, in French! Merci! She is truly a gem and made our stay unforgettable! "
