"We arrived at the gates & pressed the buzzer for them to be opened. No reply. We tried for 30 minutes. We phoned the hotel several times, but no answer. Fortunately a guest arrived & used her pass key to open the gates for us. We drove in & walked into the reception area. No staff. We waited for another 30 minutes to be told by a fellow guest that the staff were in the main hotel 1km away. We then drove there for our key.
