"Location, staff, service and food was impeccable! The only thing that has stopped me from rating an excellent is the age and condition of the villa we stayed in. Always clean, spotless and fantastic in room service, inside and out just showing its age in a very humid climate. Room needs a coat of paint and a furnishing freshen up. Apart from that, a great option for privacy and a great size for a couple on an extended stay. Great value overall, with a full board package truly enjoyed the stay."

"All the staff were very accommodating and friendly -- Jamal and Am, kitchen staff as well as handyman. They are just opening up since the lockdown so we didn't expect everything to be in tip top condition. But they were very kind to give personalised service like timing of breakfast. The bathtub was the largest I've used from a hotel! Kitchenette could be better equip (i.e. dishwashing sponge, scissors). The property is located further away from the usual attractions but this ensures peace and...

"“This is an Islamic Hotel.” Which is fine but we did not know when we booked on Expedia. We felt a little uncomfortable and the rules in the hotel were a bit stringent. Older hotel but a lot of space which was a bonus. Bathroom had a strong sewage smell and we did have to kill a cockroach on 5th floor. Not my favorite stay."

"The room was fine but lack of amenities. The view was amazing. In terms of security, I feel that they could be improved. It's a club hotel where I felt almost anyone can access your room's area because the hotel shares facilities with Langkawi Yacht Club (restaurants, swimming pool, spa, etc). My room was very warm. The air conditioning did not do its justice until I had to switch on the fan. I hate sleeping with a fan. "

"would stay here again no problem. large room with a balcony with a nice view which was a bonus. 25min walk to shops and bars. 20 ringgit grab ride to beach / resorts world. check out the blarney stone bar for sports. nice atmosphere"
