The staff are excellent, the food was fantastic, the pool and grounds are immaculate and our room, bathroom and terrace were everything we could ask for. "This is a dream hotel. You feel like in a postcard . Jane was kind and helpful and Gabrielle and Davide always with a smile. It felt like a true holiday and we just didn't want to leave.... "Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, so helpful and charming. The property was just what we were hoping for with its accessibility to the various locales in the Piemonte area. "Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did. Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good though"
