I even got cleaning service every day which doesn’t happen most places anymore. My only complaint is the beds seem really hard. I prefer a firmer bed, but their beds are extremely firm. "Needed two rooms in a central location - and this was perfect, both the location and excellent value for money. Rooms were comfortable, good TV. Staff helpful, breakfast good, nice small bar. We usally choose at least 4 star, but due to needing two rooms and a good location and a budget to work to chose this hotel rated 3 star, but we weren't disappointed at all. We would absolutely stay there again if visiting Bruges - it's actually hard to imagine a hotel better located"

"Just wow! I almost don't even know where to start. This place is fabulous from top to bottom. The location cannot be beat. I think this used to be a seminary so revamping the property into a hotel was absolutely a brilliant plan! The security measures in place are phenomenal. Walking in, all 3 of us literally said "wow." the decor is amazing in every way and we would love to purchase whatever they use to clean or to scent the air! After this, we were really excited to see our rooms but we were super early, so we utilized their luggage storage (another wow factor). When we finally returned from sight seeing and checked in to our room, we were blown away. The pictures do not do it justice. Absolutely gorgeous room with great amenities. The shower even had fantastic pressure (after 3 weeks in Europe, you definitely notice this). We had a lovely view of the courtyard and we really loved that our windows actually opened! Giving this place a 10 out of 10 is completely insufficient. It's intended for extended stays and has a small kitchen, but literally everything you need is there (refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, dishes, etc). We only stayed 3 days so we didn't use anything but the refrigerator, but if I went again, I would use this. The only suggestion I could even think to make is to maybe consider adding some washers & dryers in the area by the lockers. I also hope you expand your footprint - we need more like you! "

"We like everything in this property, especially the swimming pool, sauna. It’s an excellent location, easy access to everywhere you want to visit in Bruges. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have anything better than here. 😊"

"Wonderful boutique with character. Great quality restaurant on site for relaxing dinner. Breakfast was perfect with many options. Love the courtyard for relaxing glass of wine outside. They also have amazing bikes electric and classic. 4 min walk to center of town. You can’t go wrong with this hotel "
