Service de location de vélos pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Gand en 20 mn avec des pistes cyclables le long de cours d'eau : très agréable. "Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

Erg goed ontbijt buffet goede kwaliteit en ruim assortiment . Als we op familie bezoek gaan gaan we weer naar dit hotel. We hebben al weer geboekt voor september"

"We arrived at the hotel from Manchester on a Brussels Airlines flight. Unfortunately they hadn’t put our case on the plane and having reported the loss at the airport presented ourselves to the hotel reception in the only clothes we had. The receptionist was fantastic (unfortunately we didn’t get her name) but after checking us in she organised bathroom robes for the evening and chargers for both our mobile phones.
