"The staff at the reception, including the manager, were not very helpful with providing the right information. There was noticeable passive aggressiveness in their responses and a general sense of nonchalance. On the night we checked in, I was told that breakfast and dinner were included in my reservation. After dropping our bags, we went to one of the hotel restaurants for dinner since we were quite hungry. However, after the meal we were asked to pay. I mentioned that my reservation covered breakfast and dinner, but the staff explained that it only applied to a specific restaurant. This was never clearly communicated to us at reception during check-in. I immediately called reception to clarify the situation, but they said there was nothing they could do and advised me to speak with the manager the following day. The next morning, the manager was initially friendly, but after a brief conversation in their language with one of the reception staff, his attitude noticeably changed. He became passive aggressive and insisted there was nothing they could do. I explained that if the correct information had been given at check-in, the situation would not have happened. He said he would investigate, but there was no follow-up, feedback, or any form of compensation. Even at the designated restaurant, we were still required to pay for water during dinner, which made the package even more confusing. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"We stayed four days at Moulay. The property was clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our room did not have a frig, ice was not easily available. We expect to manage our own cold drinks. One day the water did not work for any guest. The location was great. Eight minutes walk to square and five minutes walk to Place Mellah, a common meeting point and road. We would stay again "

"Gym advertised on-site has no weights - even though it is identified with a "weights" symbol on the door. The gym consists of 4 machines: two stationary bikes, a stair stepper, a treadmill, and resistance bands, and a heavy bag on the floor. Front desk Staff and manager waere patronizing when I was visibly agitated about attempting to resolve a problem on my own (which would have taken 30 seconds). Serious privacy breach occurred - staff entered room while I was napping and did not provide prior warning - sent a formal complaint to ACCOR which has not yet been addressed. Breakfast is pretty good, though offerings may vary and may not have a full selection early in the morning. Probably not worth pre-paying, pay in DHM on the spot instead. "

"Quite attractive interior, very clean and well maintained riad that provides a peaceful atmosphere where you’ll forget that you’re in the bustling and noisy medina. It really is pretty, if you appreciate nice architecture and a bit of tradition, it’s great) A plunge in the small unheated pool was a great way to start the day. Enjoyed different spaces to relax in but would have loved at least one sun lounger. Staff were helpful and the front desk friendly, breakfasts were pleasant. Felt would be good if guests asked what they would like from the breakfast options because it was sad to see some tables waste a lot of the food. The fresh squeezed orange juice was lovely. Actually considered that the dinner I enjoyed there was more delicious than the more expensive places they recommended in the centre. If I hadn’t wanted spa with a pool and relaxation area I would have gone to their hammam/spa as appeared nice and was very reasonably priced. Great location, can be in the centre in 17-20 min depending on crowds. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and welcomed at Riad Daria. "

"Excellent full breakfast on the upper terrace. The Riad is very centrally at Jemaa El-Fnaa located down a little road away from the noise. Many restaurants within a minute or two walk. No elevator but staff moved our luggage for us. We walked to all of the major attractions."

"The staff were friendly and always ready to serve. The location was good, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to market, however I found the drop off and pickup location not to be ideal. The hotel also offers a free pickup from the airport but doesn’t provide a free drop off to the airport, thought this is odd! Overall this hotel provided me with a good experience! "
