"We booked for the family to experience the desert and a camel ride. The booking team arranged transport and camels for us. The overall service was excellent, Mohammed was very attentive and accomodating. The tent whilst 'hot'! Was very comfortable. The only issue was we unfortunately we had trouble with the shower and toilet. However, arrangements were made during the stay and the booking team were responsive and took remdeial action. What more can you ask for!"

"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. "The location is great although a busy road behind the property can be noisy ! A great find out of hustle and bustle of the Medina which is not for me ! Got a room upgrade and Useff, the manager was amazing, super helpful and made the most delicious chicken Tagine for me and other guests ! A great place to stay with a lovely pool and salons to relax Good international mix of guests.I am definitely returning to stay here and loved all the cats on the property. It’s also close to good shopping and restaurants at Marrakesh Village a few blocks away. It’s was secure compound with a night watchman on duty."
