"The property has a large safari themed pool including water slides. Property was immaculate and staff unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly. Our room faced the pool and ocean and provided a nice view. Cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. My only complaint about the room is that only a couple of plugs were useful for charging. "The hotel staff was nice and attentive. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. They have a small outlet mall at the top of the hill. There are also plenty of places to eat close by. The hotel also providee shuttles every hour to the outlet mall. "

However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble.
