"The best feature about this hotel is the beautiful view of Seneca Lake and the balcony. It’s in a fairly quiet location and parking is conveniently located right in front of your door. The bathroom is tiny and there’s no vanity to put your things down on. The TV had tons of channels, but the remote was finicky and hard to operate. There was nobody in the office for the three days that we were there. The bed was comfortable and the mini coffee machine in the room made delicious hot coffee."

"Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is right off the dining room and the only bedroom on the main level. So yes, it's slightly awkward to walk out of your room directly into the dining room where people may be eating, but it makes up for it with extra privacy that rooms upstairs don't necessarily have. The location is very good for visiting the MANY wineries, breweries, and distilleries on the southeast side of Lake Seneca. Just head for 414 and go north!"
