"We really enjoyed our work/play stay at this hotel. The staff was the best thing about our stay—always kind and helpful. A communication error required the shuttle driver to return and pick us up to take us to the Mall, and he was so courteous and warmly conversational with us as he drove us through the terrible traffic to the Mall. Huge shout out to him! But all of the staff was fantastic. The decor was dated and the hotel is not brand new, but the staff, cleanliness, and peacefulness at the property overcomes all of that. We would stay here again. "

"We stayed one night after arriving via plane. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - they called after my partner accidentally left his headphones while we were checking in, and were very friendly with our 10yo niece who was traveling with us. They also provided an info sheet that listed local restaurants nearby, which was super helpful. We enjoyed the pool and our room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast options as well. I would definitely stay again."

"We were pleased with the room, cleanliness, comfort, staff was very professional and friendly. The complimentary shuttle to The Mall of America was very punctual and well organized. The only part of our stay was loud fireworks going off outside between 11-1 pm. Could not sleep. No one knew who set them off, or where they came from. Otherwise, it was a great stay"
