We have used this hotel for 20 years. It has declined significantly. No soap or lotion in the shower dispensers, toilet way too low, shower floor was spongy, water controls in the shower were complicated and difficult. This is difficult location to reach off of University Pkway.

Spacious & New Guesthouse in Orem - Provo
The room was super clean the house was nice and quiet. There were signs clearly marking where to go. Offered cereal, oatmeal and fresh milk for breakfast.
