"We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours. There were filthy mattresses stacked up, nails and shingles all over the parking lot that had so many potholes you could hardly drive on it. We left and will be demanding a refund."

"No pullout couch, just futon. Beds were double beds, not queens. Very small too "

"The bed was not a queen, but a full, and it was very uncomfortable. Worn out. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The pictures online are deceiving. We thought they were individual little cabins. The little cabin in the picture is actually about three rooms, not one. Extremely tiny rooms. However, the lady taking the reservations is vey nice."

"The room was very small, but decent & clean, I checked for bugs and didn’t see any. The place looks like a former roach no-tell Motel, that the new owners have cleaned up. If you plan on spending much time at the hotel you might be more comfortable elsewhere, but if you just need a clean place to sleep it will do. "
