I was not at the facility during the day too much, so I am not really sure about the surrounding property. It could use a little more night-time lighting outside. The garbage bins in the back were completely over flowing, so that was a little stinky. The bathroom was super small. This was comfortable for one person, but may be a little crowded for two. The check in was very easy and the property manager was responsive when needed.

The property is right along the road, it was a bit noisy but not overly. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was hot. Overall for the price it was a good stay.

Adorable little cottage perfect for 1-2. I was traveling alone (44, f) and felt safe and comfortable. Very clean and impeccably updated and decorated. Would stay again if I’m ever in Joplin.

Parking was great! I loved loading and unloading my can 3 feet form my door/ room! Loved this little house/ Inn ! It was perfect for our stay. I liked that they offered a hand pump for had soap in addition to the one time use mini bar of soap, so much easier to use and less waste! We slept well in the cozy bed, and check in and out was a breeze. Price point was very reasonable and just what we were looking for.

Room was small but fine for just myself. Although close to a major street, it was out of town and very quiet. Seperate cabins also cut down on noise. Staff was great and very helpful. Would stay there again.

I absolutely love staying here and anytime I come to the area this is the spot I stay! The owner is a sweet heart; I have put in requests (I’m disabled) and she had met them if she had the power to! There was a time of a family emergency and I had to bring my niece and nephew with me while my sister was in the hospital; she was understanding and supportive! If I could I’d give 10/10!

It was so lovely and clean. The AC worked well and bed was so comfy. Check in was quick and easy. We had heard good things from friends and we would come back.

After hours check in was a little different. If you arrive after 4pm you text the phone number in your reservation and they give you your room assignment and code to get into your room. Pretty prompt in response time. Code did not work, so text back and new code was given with a few minutes. Love the concept and would choose a bigger room if I were staying longer. But the amenities were sufficient for a quick stay going through town. 4 little buildings with rooms, some private. We opted for a double bed size room that had rooms on either side. Kind of off the beaten path so you aren’t in the middle of interstate chaos. Very nicely decorated. Only complete I would have would be the squeaky bed. Every time you would move it would squeak.

It was just what my wife & I was looking for! A trip back in time. Very clean and the staff was great (just not on site). Parking was right at the unit. No pool or other things you normally have at a hotel. However, that is what makes it special. If I'm in the area I would stay there again.
