"Staff was very nice and attentive and the breakfast and bar were great! However, the hotel felt dingy, dirty unvacuumed carpets, partial opened coffee accessories in my room, walk-in shower that flooded 1/3 of the bathroom floor (dangerous for slipping!), no one straightened or cleaned my room on the 2nd day and there is no free WiFi. "

"We had to move rooms due to not being provided the room we bought. The door handle at the second room didn’t work, I called it in and it never got fixed. With luggage in my hands it’s hard to kick a door down. Breakfast cooks were amazing, major props to them for dealing with hungry patrons. "
