"When I walked in I was greeted right away with a smile and a warm WELCOME! I've been here a few times and the woman behind the desk has helped me out before and she knows my special request alrwady so without saying anything she knew I wanted two extra towels :) Knowing what the guest wants before they ask is always a huge plus! Forgive me for not knowing her name but she’s so sweet. "

"The room was clean and also there was no odor in the room. Everything was working properly and the room service was excellent. The bed and pillows were premium quality with utmost comfort. The bathroom was also excellent with great lighting and water pressure. The view from our balcony was spectacular with hundreds of grape vines making up the South Coast Winery vineyard. I will definitely come back and stay at the resort & spa. "
