"tried to check in but the jerk at the desk said he did not do business with hotels.com anymore and would not give me a room. name had been changed to palm motel over 2 years ago. I had to go to a different motel that was 40 dollars more but from the run down look of this place was well worth it. DON'T BOOK WITH THIS RIP OFF PLACE FOR ANY REASON !!"

"Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando was outstanding from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond, constantly checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was perfect. Check-in was fast, friendly, and hassle-free, and the thoughtful touch of bottled water made us feel genuinely welcomed. The entire property is spotless and well maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Orlando and will 100% be staying here again in the future."
