"From the beginning, we arrived at 3pm - this si the check in time. Went to check in and they told us it would be atleast 30 minutes as they hadnt cleaned the room yet. After 9 hours of driving it was hard to keep the kids entertained in the car while we waited for the room. Breakfast was bad. Sausage was dry like jerky pucks. Pool area had no airflow. Lots of ceiling tiles missing and rust everywhere. Windows were fogged over and it smelled musty. Our room had no hot water for 4 of the 5 nights we stayed. Front desk acted surprised every time we brought it to their attention and said no one else had mentioned anything. The last night of our stay the attendant finally told us " yeah our boiler is down for the last week and we are waiting on parts. I'll go try to reset it" even just letting us know that we may experiance issues with hot water would have helped out a lot. Cold showers suck. Housekeeping came into our room even though we specifically requested no housekeeping and kept the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall it was not a great experiance. Room was nice but unfinished ( they are currently remodelling ) phone didnt work, living room PTAC would cook you out if you left it on even set to 58 deg so we had to continually turn it on and off throughout our stay to keep the room comfortable. "

"This hotel is pretty nice. It’s definitely in a very weird location. Definitely not the most safest, but the property itself is pretty decently maintained just in a very bad neighborhood."

"This is a marginally upgraded inner city neighborhood. The interior is clean and orderly but there are no touches that tell you that it is upscale: no plants, no restaurant, no pool. The parking garage IS secure but there are numerous warnings about the high theft neighborhood. The "adaptive" bath had no seat/stool. The handheld shower was not functional and its wall holder was loose. The overhead shower control did not move. The water pressure was low. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was loose. However it's clear that the housekeepers are doing their best. "

"Nice place, with the most convenient access to a casino's hotel I've ever seen! Separate entrance and garage made parking close to elevators easy and convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was water pressure in the shower was way too low, but not sure what we could do about it. Location just off I-5 was great for us as well. Will definitely consider staying there again. View from our mountain side room was beautiful!"
