Very kind guest service who made sure that we felt like the number one priority through every request no matter how large or small. They took time to explain things when we had questions as well as gave us information about things ahead of time that we may have not even thought to ask about. Room service was efficient and very diligent with their work. And the restaurant within the lobby had food that was nothing short of excellent.

This is a Holiday Inn in the middle of Tacoma, that being said, the staff was incredible - we were in town for a volleyball tournament and my girls forgot some things in the chaos of running out of the room that morning. Housekeeping alerted the front office and they called me to let me know the items were safe and that we could come pick them up at the front desk when we were done. She even asked my girls how they did in the tournament when we picked up our forgotten items - which is above and beyond. Thank you!
