Lake Windermere Area hotel rooms a the Patton Hospitality Management

"Wow! This place is incredible. The rooms are set up like an apartment and have everything you could need. If you need anything all you have to do is ask and right away they send someone to help you out. The staff is very nice, we were only there 2 nights and the front desk staff knew our daughter by name and would give her chocolate everytime we walked past. The pool and water park is amazing, we spent a whole afternoon there and had the whole place to ourselves. The staff offered to turn on the waterslide just for us. The gym is actually a real gym, it isnt just a treadmill like most hotel gyms, they actually have a cable mashine and free weights up to 60lbs. Sauna, steam room all really nice. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves to but some of the best fries I've ever had! The Hotshots (fire crew) were there the same time as us and i over heard the staff offering to keep the restaurant open after hours just for them. I have nothing but positive things to say and cant wait to go back."

"This place is amazing!! The hot springs were the perfect way to relax after lots of hiking. Our kids loved all the fun activities. The restaurants served great food and had wonderful servers. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back!"

"Fantastic pool. Clean, modern facilities. A bit hit and miss with the restaurant could have had more flexible grab and go breakfast items besides coffee. Staff at the desk could have had more written intro to the workings of the resort. Eg pool towel location, wifi connection food options "

"Better than we expected. Nice clean room with two separate bedroom areas and a kitchenette. Price was reasonable. Only issue was the a/c was in the far bedroom and the rest of the room was a little too warm at night. "
