All staff were very accommodating. especially Erin from the BearsPaw Grill restaurant, we enjoyed the food and service so much that we came back for dinner again the next day. I visited Fairmont Hot Springs Resort on a whim 2 years ago, this September will be my 6th visit. excellent amenities, excellent service, excellent value. 5/5. I highly recommend giving this Resort a try!

The hot springs pools are wonderful! Food at the restaurant was great but on the pricey side. The hotel is old but the beds in the room are comfortable, and the size of the room is not bad.

Definitely not a five star hotel but the location and hot springs alone make up for it. I also appreciated that our room had a smart tv so we could sign into our streaming services. Some of the stuff was dated but the sheets and all that were clean and staff were friendly.

The pool is amazing, our room is clean and we love it.I just wish there is microwave in each room for convinience.Quiet and we loved our view outside especialy when its snowing we love the view in our window. Were just disappointed were thinking the ski area is in one place where the pool and lodge.but its not. But over all my family enjoy our stay .
