"The pictures or from when the first open I had a king room chair filthy footstool nasty floor horrible the room had a smell and I looked at 4 different rooms they charged my room for resort fees and accidental before I looked after already paying for my room I was assaulted by a mom of a autistic 11 year old after telling her she not only almost knocked me down at the terrible breakfast that was being served but she almost ran over a toddler then the lady threw her plate of food on me…. I immediately went to the manager to have the cops called and they didn’t know who it was Jo access to the cameras so I couldn’t attend breakfast for the rest of my stay not that I was anyway because they literally served boiled eggs pancakes coffee juice two types of cold cereal and toast and tea that’s it with a leaking ceiling not to far from where the food was being served if I could rate this place a zero and put it in the negatives I would my god daughter had a horrible Time and was concerned about staying there after what I experienced and what she had seen so far she was very disappointed thankful for magic kingdom and sea world or this trip would have been even worst I’m disputing the charges because nothing was right oh I also had no wash clothes the first night and following morning I had to go to walmart and purchase please don’t take your family here mold on the cabanas pool slides rusted just horrible "

"Wasn't too bad for the price. Our lights wasn't working in the main part of the room but, it wasn't too much of an issue. The beds were nice and comfy though! Wouldn't mind staying here again. "

"Between the pictures online and the first look at the townhome we stayed at, it LOOKS pleasant. I cannot say everything that was wrong with this place but I'll try to summarize. We arrived at 4pm for check in, waited 20 minutes to get our address and lockbox code (which took 4 tries to open). The kitchen had scratched up pans, 1 pot, 2 lids that didnt fit anything, 1 lid without a handle, broken kitchen utensils, a small half used bottle of dish soap, and dishes that were actually dirty which made me question what they were doing for that extra 20 minutes. There were scratches, scrapes, holes all throughout the townhome. The stairs, upstairs and bathtubs squeaked with every step. There was a taped area at the top of the stairs. Every room only had 1 lightbulb for the wall lights. There was 5 towels (1 for each person i guess), no broom, only a vaccuum. Ice cubes frozen to the bottom of freezer. The patio furniture was broken. The blinds in one was were broken and even taped up. There was an outlet downstairs that didn't work. Close to leaving the lights at the stairs started to flicker. We stripped down the beds at check out (linens go into laundry basket that was not provided), there were pee stains on the mattresses. Cherry on top was the EXTREMELY cheap toilet paper and paper towel used. Great Value brand was even better than what they bought and i could tell they shopped for it at the Wal-Mart down the road. The place was convinently located and was the BEST part."
