"Great helpful staff, nice and cozy unit. Plenty of blankets and heaters, kitchen had loads of cooking tools and dishes. Right on the lake! Restaurants nearby in Taupō were plentiful and grocery nearby made it convenient to shop for cooking in, too. Would totally come back!"

Couldn't fault anything about this place, although the breakfast that a lot of people mention we weren't impressed by (basically toast, croissant and yoghurt; no eggs or anything cooked).
Lovely place for a getaway and easy (10 mins drive) into Taupo."

Our hosts, Gary and Shirley, paid great personal attention to every detail, from showing us all the the features of our room, to ensuring all of our dinner reservations were arranged properly. Really enjoyed the communal outdoor pool area as well. Toasty warm water.
Great to have some kitchen space with onsite laundry & BBQ if you need it.
