Excellent location and excellent property. The lake is just across the street from the property. Town center with lot of variety of food options are just a 5-7 min drive from this property. We loved the private natural hot spring water bath in the room.

The location was good, only interaction had with the staff was at check in which was polite. A few things weren’t great - a few ants consistently on the table, the door didn’t close properly so let a lot of light in from the hallway overnight. Not very soundproof, the noise travelling from the neighbours bathroom was quite loud. Get what you pay for and we did go for cheap, most disappointing was the ants, the other annoyances are just what come with the low price.

Absolutely loved this hotel!!!! It is spacious with a separate cooking area with stove microwave and refrigerator. The best part is the bathroom with a separate mineral tub to soak in. The water comes out piping hot so you need to add cold water to it. My favorite stay in all of New Zealand by far. There is a view from the lakeside units.

While the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had been upgraded, the room was dusty and the windows were not very clean considering we had a view of the lake. The bathroom was in dire need of an upgrade.

Good easy parking right outside the unit. Mini Kitchen had all that I needed. But I always take my own kitchen things, so it was a good back up to have. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean. The only thing I had a issue was the shower was quite a step up to get into. I spoke to a staff member and he went out of his way and sorted a small ramp for me. To get up into the shower. As I have hip issues. I recommend this place and happy to come back and stay.
