"Property was very clean and well-maintained. There was ample parking (for a daily fee of $22). One gripe was the parking cards did not work most of the time which meant we had to use the call box to get out and then pull a ticket upon re-entry. That was very irritating especially when you are paying to park. The casino was very well laid-out and the casino staff was professional. We did not use the pool (but of course charged $32 daily for the “resort fee.” Last complaint was that our minor request was regular coffee pods for the room because they gave us decaffeinated. It took 6 requests and two days just to get 4 coffee pouches. Finally, the front staff was cordial but they need more personnel as they appeared to be short-staffed. Even with some of the minor inconveniences , I would return for a stay."
