Waking up to those stunning mountains felt like waking up in heaven—an experience that fills you with gratitude. We will always remember our stay here and cannot wait to return. "This has to be one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. The staff is beyond helpful.. from great places to visit, and great restaurants other then the one on site. And to have the mountains in the brack drop when you walk out the lobby door."

"If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side. "

"Hotel Central was the perfect location for our 5 nights in Lucerne. The included breakfast was very well done and plentiful. The convenience of having the refrigerator with provided labels so that we could store some food along with other guests was such a great idea. Additionally, they had a Vending machine for soft drinks wine, beer and then coffee and tea was available 24 hours a day. Lovely quaint hotel would certainly recommend it and stay there again."
