"Breakfast is not included. Property is a bit more run down than other Doubletrees we have stayed at. Our first room had water spots on the ceiling and potentially mold. We had to be moved the second night because the room above was leaking water in our vent very loudly. There were unfortunately no other available rooms with king beds. "

"Arrived earlier than check in and was provided all 3 rooms which was unexpected but a bonus. Jaron at the front desk was pleasant and helpful . Wish I could have used the pool, looked fantastic"

"The room was clean . The bathroom was small but the property itself smelled good and was clean. My kids likes the breakfast!"

"Property was really ruined down. Hotel is old and dilapidated. The halls smell of cigarette/weed smoke. Drains in the bathroom runs slow. Parking lot has lots of potholes that need repair. Some cleaning efforts are made to keep common areas clean but it's almost pointless as the property is badly in need of a remodel."
