"The room size and amenities, hotel location, breakfast buffet options were excellent. The air conditioning was a bit faulty but we did fine without reporting it. It was a wonderful stay! One block from the train station. The staff was stellar, from the front desk, to the breakfast provider, to the night staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing and do everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect. The spa facilities are brilliant and the brasserie restaurant is well worth a visit for some amazing food! We are already thinking of when to return."

"Amazing hotel and staff!!!! Spent 4 nights at the gem of a hotel and cannot recommend it more. The staff was unbelievable- from the front desk, servers, housekeeping staff - all were exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and the lake views and Alps are simply breathtaking. Could not ask for more!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
