"Central location in Bern. The staff was incredible and very friendly and helpful. Seems to be a hot spot for after work businesses. The breakfast was very good and the Brie and jam on their delicious bread is second to none. My girls ran in the morning down by the river and the city seems very safe. Walkable to all of the things. We love this hotel and Bern. We were too late in the year to do the river swim, too cold, but if you travel in the warmer months put this on your list. The rooms were clean and had ample room for the 5 of us traveling. We used 2 rooms. The rooms had a little wear and tear on them but we would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean room with great kitchenette amenities (I was surprised at that). Building has six commercial washers & 6 dryers [latter is free of charge for use; washers can be reserved/held for 5-10 minutes & paid via WeWash. Aldi & gym in next door."

"Excellent location and friendly staff. We got off at the wrong side of the train station and ended up walking 25 min. insteaf of 5 min. to the Hotel. it would be nice for the hotel to include a walking direction from train station to Hotel."
