"I was in Orlando for a training course and chose Spark by Hilton because of its convenient location near the venue. I arrived late at night, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"We visited for my birthday and we picked this hotel due to its proximity to the Universal studios parks. We really appreciated that the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the park at different times throughout the day. The bar/restaurant that was in the lobby was also fantastic. My husband and I spent some time chatting with the Food and beverage director, Dolphy. He was super friendly and made our trip memorable. We made such great memories on this trip and I will definitely be booking here for our trip next year!"

"We stayed at the Hyatt in Lake Mary for about three days. When we arrived to check in, we waited at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes before anyone was available to assist us. Once the front desk representative arrived, she apologized for the wait and explained that she was handling multiple responsibilities—working the front desk, tending the bar, and even preparing food for guests. Despite having so much to manage, she was extremely polite, helpful, and checked us in very quickly. She provided great service, but it seemed unfair to both her and the guests that Hyatt did not have adequate staffing to cover these different areas. As for the room, it was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we found the bed extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom was also exceptionally small, with barely any space between the shower and the toilet, which made it feel very cramped. Overall, the cleanliness and the excellent attitude of the employee were positives, but the uncomfortable bed, extremely small bathroom, and apparent understaffing took away from our experience."
