Staff was friendly. Overall, I could do it again if I had to, BUT, there were small roaches everywhere… i only took my shoes off when in bed, but absolutely did not walk without shoes. In all fairness, the shower was nice (remodeled), nice water pressure and super hot water. There was no toilet paper, 1 bed had a comforter and the other did not. For the price, it is worth it because it was cheap, but if I had to change 1-3 things, invest in pest control, do a better job mopping the floors, and paint the doors every now and then. I am at a different hotel across the street, and for $20 more, there is no noise, NO BUGS, everything is in order, and my shoes are off. My ex wife and family would definitely NOT stay here, but once you kill all the roaches, you’re good.

Good stay.

It was a quick stay but it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was conveniently good. Away from the busy orlando life but close enough to everything. Staff was nice I would stay again.

I had a wonderful experience at the property. It felt so welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help, which made a big difference. The pool was a nice size, and I appreciated the tranquility of the hotel's surroundings. Plus, it was great to have easy access to a variety of food options nearby. Overall, it was a comforting stay that I truly enjoyed.

Comfy bed, no frills.

The bed was comfortable, there was hot water in the shower, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu / service was lacking. I know it was listed as "continental breakfast", but even with this disclaimer, it was disappointing.

The staff were helpful. However, there were no towels and little soap in the room and I had to go to the office to get them. Out of 3 nights there, the water was hot 1 night and the other nights it was only luke warm. There wasn't much of a free breakfast.

I didnt hear doors closing from other rooms and it was clean enough. But the curtains arent black out and the parking isnt great. I couldnt log on to the wifi and the colume button on the remote didnt work so i had to get up and adjust the tv a few times. Theres no coffee pot in the room.

Nice pool, the Deluxe suite is two rooms and was easy to set up our massage table. It could be nicer if they provided a little better breakfast menu. Anyway they need to do better at cleaning the rooms as far as washing the walls every once in a while and not using a dirty mop to mop the floors spreading dirty water mop buckets from one room to the next room and never getting down on your hands and knees to wipe down a floor, rinse in clean water and repeat. Especially when you use light colored grout and it is black ialong the main walking paths. And you can see how gross the floors are after you spill something and clean it up yourself .. The rag when wiped up the floor was nasty.

It gave motel 6

I had to sign a pre check in which took my card info and told me when I arrive just pick up my card. Got there and told my card declined, but I had never received any notification of a decline. Very embarrassing. Never experienced that at any other hotel stay. Then got to my room and the 2nd bed wasn’t made. Another woman walking by told me they sent her to a room that had suitcases in it. Then after complaining about the bed the nice guy asked me if I had done a review. I’ve never been confronted by hotel staff about a review which at the time I didn’t make. If I do a review it’s always after my stay. The continental breakfast was great for kids with cereal and pastries. I’m used to Inns that have waffle makers etc. The parking lot was closed off and you can’t even have visitors. It was ok for the price I guess, but I wouldn’t go back.

Affordable but in need of repair.

My second time staying at this property. Once again, the staff were absolutely delightful. Friendly, kind, willing to help and always available. I booked a second time here because I enjoyed my stay last year, but sadly I wouldn’t stay again. There appears to be lots of people actually living here, revving their car engines outside in the car park all evening which was annoying. The TV in my room didn’t work so I couldn’t watch it. Reported to maintenance but nobody came. The bed was clean and comfortable but just like last year, the floors were filthy and I had to throw my socks away after my stay. The rooms are large but just need some TLC. They’re shabby, need painting and the doors replacing. They don’t even fit the frame properly and you can see daylight through the gaps. The whole place has turned rather depressing. Ideal for a cheap one night stay, but anything more is a struggle. Bathroom and shower were good, fridge and AC both worked well. The place is just noisy and needs a really good clean! Once again, it was the employees that made it for me. They’re all lovely!
