"My stay at this hotel was mixed. The mattresses were comfortable and the shower was good, which made sleeping and resting easy. The staff who prepare the breakfast were kind and did their job well, and I have no complaints about them.
However, the experience with the reception staff was disappointing. The employees at the front desk felt cold, indifferent, and not very empathetic, especially the person working the night shift. Their attitude made it difficult to address problems during the stay.
Housekeeping was also an issue. Our room was cleaned the first night, but we stayed for five nights and after that the room was not cleaned again until the very last night, and only after I complained. Towels were not replaced, there was no toilet paper at one point, and even small things like ants in the room were not addressed. The shampoo bottles provided were extremely small, and when I complained I was given additional towels and shampoo only once.
The laundry facilities were another frustration. The dryer barely worked and I lost almost two hours trying to dry my clothes, but they were still not dry.
Breakfast itself was average. It would be nice to see more options, especially vegetables.
Overall, the hotel has some good elements like comfortable beds and decent showers, but there is clear room for improvement, especially with housekeeping consistency, the laundry equipment, and most importantly the attitude and service of the reception staff, particularly at night."
